The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a complaint at www.DoNotCall.gov. You can register your home or mobile phone for free. Your registration will be effective for five years.

If you are using a cordless phone, try using a corded phone.
Are talking to someone using VoIP (Magic Jack, Vonage, Skype, etc.)? If so, the issue may be on their end. Ask them to contact their provider and open a support ticket.
Check to make sure all you phones are on the hook. Check all the jacks with a corded phone. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Unplug all devices from all your telephone jacks (telephones, satellite connections, internet modems). Wait 60 seconds for the line to clear and plug everything back in. If the problem persists, please contact us.
