Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is a full-time position that requires understanding your role and has the maturity, responsibility, integrity, and professionalism to match.  You will lead efforts to define, deploy, sell, and support PMT’s services, products, and, most importantly, our customers.  You will support and troubleshoot customers’ complications with services and products, utilizing the necessary tools and information to succeed.  Success in this role depends on combining deep organization and problem-solving expertise with interpersonal and communication skills to establish yourself as a sales associate within the company.
