George Gallegos was announced as Employee of the Year for 2017 at PMT’s Annual Awards Banquet. George began his career at PMT 10 years ago. George has spent time in many positions at PMT including time as an Installation and Repair Technician, in the PMT Construction department, as a locating technician, and in the Maintenance department. He currently serves the role as the Facilities Administrator.
As the Facilities Administrator, George spends his time making sure all30 PMT buildings and 50 fleet vehicles are in tip-top shape. From waking up in the wee-hours to make sure the parking lots are plowed before employees arrive at work, to overseeing construction projects, to keeping central offices, which house our network equipment, free from outside influences keeping customer service reliable and dependable. Additionally, he serves as an on-call tech for Construction and with many more responsibilities as needed and he does it all with a smile.

George and his wife Karen, are the parents of four children, and reside in Rupert. When he isn’t at work, George enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
