2024 Employee of the Year

KC Young was announced as Employee of the Year for 2024 at PMT’s Annual Awards Banquet. KC has been working at PMT for the past seven years. KC started out as an Installation & Repair technician in 2018 and proved his skills as a great asset to our team. KC has moved into our Advanced Services Department where his skills, as a great technician, are really shinning. Most importantly, KC has a great attitude with fellow employees and our customers. KC has the best attitude of any employee I have had the honor of working with. He always says yes to whatever needs to be done regardless of the circumstances.

In his spare time, KC is a firefighter at West End and serves our community with that same great attitude. KC and his wife Nichole have a great family of 2 daughters and a son that he loves camping, snowmobiling, and 4 wheeling with.
